We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us and shape our future success as a business, and with it, the future of team-working for the world.

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion, knowledge and experience of all things digital marketing. You’ll know how to use the internet as a strong asset for securing revenue growth and enjoy inspiring people through telling stories that get the world wanting what we do. Yet you will also need to be analytical and commercially sharp – using data to drive decisions. Can you do both?

In this position you will work closely with our Growth and Design team to support Jyre ’s marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is good at experimenting with inspirational storytelling.  You will assist in managing the website, email, search (SEM and SEO), mobile and social channel portfolio for Jyre, and help us optimise digital experiences for both customers and users.

    In this role you will

    Create and deliver our campaigns:

    • Create and execute email marketing initiatives to make sure our marketing messages are conveyed clearly to customers
    • Use your analytical side to create proper form and templates, edit and proofread and include segmentation, testing, and campaign analysis 
    • QA CRM data such as de-duplicating and cross-referencing against other data sources to build cohesive marketing automation workflows


    Be close to the website:

    • Track SEO and Google Analytics data to spot themes and make recommendations
    • Support the team as we release new website/platform features and content
    • Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing
    • Optimise website for search engines (on-page SEO)
    • Create landing pages and optimise existing ones


    Own our Social Media:

    • Manage Jyre’s Social Media channels, keep us publishing content to bring them to life for our audience
    • Create copy and visuals for social media with the help of our Design team
    • Coordinate our schedule of content to promote any upcoming events, courses, and be actively involved with our community to foster interaction, education, and engagement

    • You can write and communicate well. You’ve written excellent web copy and have experience using Website Builders such as Weebly, WordPress or Wix. (Basic HTML/CSS experience is a plus)
    • We want you to help us keep in the loop on the latest marketing trends and best practices. You’ll have a great opportunity to learn from the team around you too
    • You have the ability to create and optimise email and digital marketing campaigns and manage social media & communities
    • English competency is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a demonstrated ability to write engaging emails to customers and third parties
    • Proven experience creating and optimising digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns
    • Experience using CRMs and other marketing automation tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus
    • On the data side, experience with Google Analytics is also a plus
    • We expect you’ll have around 3+ years of experience of working in digital marketing or other relevant positions


    £25,000 – £30,000
